MODERN TECHNOLOGY IN ART AND MUSIC. Modern technology has changed the way artists work. Many artists now use computer software to produce their work. The software transforms their movements into a digital image that is shown on the computer screen. I am not an artist but I tried to draw this rainbow using computer software. In this case I used a "Paint application" that is included in Windows.  Today I want you to be digital artists too and use this application or any other (I'm sure some of you have very professional ones) to create your digital rainbow or any digital image you want. Would you be able to match my digital work of art? If you have Windows, just follow these steps to get the app: 1. TECHNICAL DRAWING ART and GEOMETRY TARTESSIAN STAR You are learning how to create the geometrical patterns of the Mudejar Art. At our previous lesson you learnt how to draw a perpendicular bisector (mediatriz) of a segment. Today we are going to use this technique to draw a square inscribed inside a circumference  (Cuadrado inscrito en una circunferencia)                                   And then, based on this technique you are going to create  a Tartessian star. ➜ The Tartessian star is an eight-pointed star, and it is the result of the superposition of two concentric squares, where one of them has been rotated 45 degrees.
