Remember different time phrases that you can use to write a story: first, then, finally...

3. And now I want you to write a story telling about an unusual experience. To write a good story follow these pieces of advice:
- invent the title of a story.
- a story must have a begining, a middle and an end.
- use past tenses (I saw..., I went..., He was driving...) to describe events.
- use a lot of adjectives to make your story interesting and exciting.
- describe your feelings and emotions. (nervous, excited, scared, amused, bored, surprised, tired, frightened, interested, curious...)
- use time phrases (one day, then , after that, later, meanwhile, suddenly, just at that moment, finally, eventually, luckily...) to make the sequence clear. Check the list of phrases I gave you.
- write your story in about 100 words.
- check your spelling.
- look  up any unknown words in a dictionary WordReference Dictionary
- Your story must begin with these sentences:

At last it was ready! Grandma put the dish in front of me...

Type your story out and email it to me.
or write it on a sheet of paper, take a picture of it and email it to me.

Try to send it before Monday (23-03-2020) so I could check it and give you feedback.
